Four copies of this flier exist in town; one given to the magic shop, the glassworks, and the apothecary, as well as one on the corkboard of the inn!

Labeled "foreign" and "provocative" by the shop owner, the three dresses are each a marvel of skill and ostentation. Decorated with real bits of silver, gold, pearls, or rare glass beading, all in jaw-dropping amounts, each dress is one any woman could not only look like a Queen in, but perhaps catch the eye of a King. It's not every day that clothes like this come out of the Dancing Needle, and the winner of the raffle will get to pick one for free, with no-cost one-time alteration to fit the winner! This contest is open to to anyone who spends over ten copper in the Dancing Needle during the month of August, and anyone may win! If the winning person does not come forward to claim their dress by October 1, 2012, however, the draw will commence again until a claiming winner is found! The other two dresses will go on sale at their full estimated prices October 1st. If a claiming winner has requested alteration and then disappears for more than a month, the altered dress will go on sale at their full estimated price.

Fliers are up in the Dancing Needle window as well as the inn's message board that a winner has been drawn by Lady Tathar Darkhand's aid!
A total of 360 beans, each representing entries made by Mr. Johani, Miss. Bronte, Judge Taceo, Dame Bequin, Mr. Silverus, Miss. Jilliene, Captain Vensyn, Mr. Maksa, and Mrs. Mehar, were placed in a sack, shaken, and drawn blind, by our Lady who knew not even who had entered.

Mr. Jhaes Maksa has until October 1st to claim his choice of dresses, and has also won a free alteration voucher to transfer with the dress to any subsequent owner he chooses (if he does not want the dress for himself)! Congratulations!
Thank you all for patronage of the Dancing Needle, this month, and better luck next time!
