89 years old, although he looks like he's in his mid twenties.
Physical Description -
Stolen directly from my furc description.
> Standing at a good height of 5'11, the blue tinged male stood proudly with a present grin. He oddly stands out from the crowd from his purple hued hair though simply dressed, he still wouldn't exactly blend in with a crowd. After all he wore a simple white shirt, fur coat embroided with seashells and leather pants.
Green orbs would lock onto you from across the room but would come off far from being sinister or intimidating. But rather friendly and generally looking like a likable person. This doesn't mean he's harmless, though, as proven by the shortsword hanging from his belt. It seemed he was a bard too, no wonder with those instruments.
Magical items/Powers -
Being a Merman, Aearion has a few traits that come with the race, such as
- Being able to turn his legs into a fish' tail. This is course should not be done while wearing pants. They'd just get shredded to bits.
- Capable of breathing on land as well as in the water.
- Excelling at swimming
- Capable of performing the Siren's Song. The Siren's Song can lull a person into a hypnotic state of mind, being in control of Aearion for two turns. The power takes two turns to prepare, though.
The Siren's songs effects vary, and are able to be ignored if a character has enough willpower to withstand the angelic voice. Whether they have is for the other player to decide.
In the hypnotic state of the Siren's Song it's impossible for Aearion to command a character to kill or otherwise harm herself. What is possible though is to order the hypnotised character to simply stop moving at all, or even turn against her ally for a brief while. There are no aftereffects.
Once the two turns are completed, the character is completely back in control, though can be put under the Siren's Song's effects once more, though this ability is very easily interupted.
Simply keeping Aearion out of his focus is enough to interupt his Song. Scaring, hitting, pushing, surprising or attacking him is enough to sever his focus.
Current Occupation and Life Goal -
Aearion lives by a simple code. He plays music, and wants to excell at it. He has no other occupation than to wander around and play his music. Aearion's pretty much a freeloader, ain't he?

Chicken prompt gooooooo~~~
The wind started to pick up and sent the dust on the road flying. There it was; the standoff between Mer and chicken. Aearion looked the feathered critter right in its eyes and narrowed his own. He would not be beaten here today by a chicken. Not by a long shot! As if out of nowhere, the Merman suddenly ran. Like an unstoppable force he charged for the chicken, yelling "Move you critter, moooove!" Though just as it looks he was going to crush the stubborn bird, he tripped over the creature and landed face first into the dirt.
